I can’t say enough good things about this workshop. It was amazing. Professional, technical, creative, inspiring, and down right fun. I seriously had a blast. Nichole has a background in education as well as technical writing, so the combination of her 3 day instruction plus her workbook is killer. And, she & her husband, Dave, are super-duper nice. They will bend over backwards for you. She also holds a lighting workshop that goes more in depth into just different types of lighting. Its now on my wish list.
We spent the first day going over creativity, histograms, composition, focal length, and exposure. The second day was spent on posing, shooting on location, using natural light, on-camera & off-camera flash, and we had a round robin shoot with models. And day 3 was all the photoshop, business model, lightroom, editing stuff. Great food all three days, tons of fun people, and you walk away with her Workshop in Box because there’s no way you’re going to remember it all.
