I love the REAL moments within families – the tickling, the soccer games, building forts, the crazy faces. If I had a perfect day with my family it would start with a beautiful summer morning and my kids climbing into our bed for snuggles. Then a decorated kitchen – streamers, fun plates, tablecloth. We would have waffles with strawberries & whipped cream for breakfast while laughing around the table in our pajamas. After breakfast we would build a fort out of blankets in the family room and play pirates. In the afternoon we would go for a bike ride, stopping along the way to throw rocks in the river & have snacks. We’d end with a picnic dinner & go out for frozen yogurt. What is your perfect day?
I also love gourmet cupcakes – chocolate ones, snuggling my kiddos, cycling, backpacking, and my Android phone.
