Emily’s Bridals

One of the best things any photographer can do is to second shoot with someone else.  You get the opportunity to watch someone else’s shooting style, client interaction, and hopefully learn a few things to incorporate into & improve your own style of shooting.  I’ve been impressed with David Terry’s photography for quite some time, especially his ability to blend artificial light and natural light in his sessions using off camera flash (OCF). Awhile back I asked if he had any weddings coming up that he needed an assistant/light holder/second shooter, and he graciously allowed me to tag along for the bridals as well! It was great to shoot with him and I learned a ton. Plus, how could we not enjoy photographing such a beautiful bride?
